VW Beetle Baja Bug

I have an amazing deal. I recently purchased this street legal VW Baja bug for 4200 dollars here on ebay and have put at least another 4000 into fixing her up. I have all receipts for the purchase of this vehicle from rust free California and the mechanical work. I have the Title and Bill of sale from the previous owner. I have not registered due to the fact that It has been mostly in the shop and off-road. The title has NOT been signed and is easily transferable with both bills of sale in hand.
