RARE 1978 VW Sunroof Van with AUTOMATC, VERY SOLID, RUST FREE. Original paint.

Selling this rare 1978 Volkswagen sunroof bus with a factory optioned automatic for the third owner. he drove it back and forth to work until about 6 to 7 months ago when the fuel pump went out. I replaced the fuel pump and got it running however it still has the old gas in it so it don't like to idle and runs a little rough until a higher rpm than it purs like a kitten. It stinks like old gas when running. Shifts great. stops great. has had recent brake work. This bus is extremely solid. even the battery box is solid. it has nothing more than mere surface rust in a few small spots where the paint is chipped up and shows raw megal but nothing that comprises the integrity of the metal at all. The body is extremely straight with the exception of a dent in the drivers door. some dents on the front nose and one on the very top of the roof. other than those areas the body is extremely clean. and RUST FREE!*I Ship a lot of buses over seas and am happy to assist.
