I bought the car from a dealer in 2010. it's been a joy to own and drive. but it is very sadly time to move on to something else. The good:The car is in great shape. including the top and interior. and is an absolute joy to drive. it has been reliable and only has required oil. tires. and gas! It has not been driven hard for the past 20k miles. and appears to have been very well kept its entire life. The car as not been smoked in! It has just under 62. 00 miles (see odometer picture). I have the front plate and an OEM bracket (which has never been installed). The tires are a year old and have only a few thousand miles on them ($1. 00!). the CA registration was just paid. good through June 2016. I will get the car smogged if needed (if it stays in California). It has a clear California title. and is a California car. The car appears to have been garage kept its whole life. and has been garage kept since I purchased it. Most importantly. the drivetrain is stock. the car has not been pullied. chipped. etc. for extra hp; which is becoming harder to find with Terminators. So you can keep it as is (400hp of fun!) or it is a clean slate to have fun with! The car does have the following modifications (all done by a previous owner(s))-FR 500 wheels (no curb rash. they look awesome!)-Flowmaster cat-back. not sure the exact type. but I've had no issues with CA smog-K&N air filter element-Lowering springs (not sure on the type. but I would suspect it is one of the standard aftermarket spring kits)The bad:As you would expect with any 12 year old car there are a few minor cosmetic / accessory issues with the car. Any car would have a few small things. I want to list everything clearly. the only surprise you should get if you purchase this car is an uncontrollable smile every time you get on the freeway. even after years of owning it! Major-The instrument cluster backlight is out. it has been for a while. but the rest of the cluster works great. I know it's not the fuse. -The small triangular window on the driver's side does not roll down. I only noticed this recently and haven't looked into it. Minor / cosmetic-There are some very slight paint scratches in the front driver's side bumper. they were there when I bought the car and they don't bother me at all. (see picture)-The 3rd brake light (in the spoiler) has a small crack in it. apparently this is common on these cars. You could probably remove and repair it. or just live with it. (see picture)-There are two minor squeaks and rattles to note. #1 the exhaust heat shields rattle a bit when the car is cold. #2 the front left strut squeaks. especially the first few minutes of driving. In sum there are some small things to do for a DIY car owner. I haven't had a chance to address them. but they shouldn't be hard to address (or not) for you! If you'd like to have the car shipped I'm happy to help coordinate things on my end. Update 4/15 PM: I noticed in the vehicle history report the most recent smog test was listed as failed. I had just put a new battery in the car so it passed everything except the OBD system self check. The smog shop had me drive it around for a week and it then passed without any issue. It looks like the vehicle history report is missing the subsequent pass from last July. I guess I should mention the car also has a new battery! (1 year old)
