2003 Volkswagon Passat W8 4Motion

I am selling my 2003 Volkswagon Passat W8 with 4-Motion (all-wheel drive) and hybrid transmission. It has good mileage and is in good shape for being as old as it is (110k at 12 years). I like this car a lot (especially in the winter!), just cannot afford it right now; it requires premium gas and care, nd my life doesn't have room for a premium car right now.
It has a few things wrong with it, hich I will list here. They are minor, owever, nd the car is in overall good shape.

FEATURES:
* W8 engine
* Hybrid automatic/"manual" transmission
* All-wheel drive
* Power windows with lock
* Power locks with keyless entry and auto-locking feature (car will re-lock automatically after about 10 seconds or so, nder certain conditions)
* Power mirrors
* Power seats (both), ith 3 memory settings on driver's side
* Power hide-away sunroof (slide and/or tilt) with ventilated cover
* Premium Monsoon sound system with AM/FM/cassette/CD and controls on the steering wheel
* Cruise control
* Automated climate control system
* Electronic diagnostic system with in-dash text readout (will alert for things like coolant level, il pressure, tc.)
* All black leather interior with artificial wood trim
* Lighted and ventilated glove compartment
* Dual heated seats (non-functioning)
* Anti-theft system (see picture of door lock)
GOOD:
* Engine and transmission are in good shape
* New: starter, gnition switch, il line, adiator line, ood prop arm, urn signal light (driver side)
* Tires in good shape
* Brakes in good shape (just had rotors machined)
* Includes: Owner's manual, eadlight buffer kit, W flip key with locking and panic. I'm looking for the Haynes repair manual I bought for this car; if I find it, ou can have it
BAD:
* Heated seats non-functioning
* Gas gauge non-functioning (approx. 16 gallon tank)
* Could use an alignment; drives straight, ut steering wheel is slightly crooked (see picture)
* Rear passenger speaker non-functioning (apparently, his is a common problem with this car; the speaker itself should be fine, t's the contacts)
* Headlights are kind of dim due to yellowing of plastic (3M buff kit included)
* Little rust in the plate mounting on the trunk, ot significant
* Hole on air duct in engine compartment currently patched with tape (see photo; was like that when I bought it); no problems here, ut if you feel the need to replace it, t would be very easy and inexpensive (the section with the hole in it comes out separately and easily)
* Gas cap door/cover is broken (lid is broken, ut the door/hinge functions properly); however, t has been "fixed", ustom job (done before I bought it); fixing this would require replacing the whole door, nd to be honest, t doesn't look bad as it is now (you can see it in the picture of the passenger side)
* Missing small white reflectoronrear driverside (the one on the passenger side is pictured)
* Other normal wear and tear (i.e. some peeling around the sunroof control (pictured), he dash readout isn't uniformly bright (pictured), ew minor knicks/scratches/dings, tc.)
