I am selling my 1974 VW Westfalia Camper. It has the 1800c, ir-cooled, pancake" motor, ith progressive carburetor and 4-speed manual transmission. It starts, uns, rives, teers and stops just fine. It comes with a brand new canvas for the pop-top. The van has some rust in the front floor, ottom of the cab doors and some in the corners. Underneath (sills, ockers, acking points, nd panels) and under the arches is rock-solid, ith no sealant,just the original orange paint from the factory in '74....the roof and gutters are also completely rot-free..
It was a daily driver and offers huge potential as a restoration or just a cool daily driver bus. These Type 2 Vans are becoming really hard to find, hese days, nd the values are going up and up and up.....This would make a great ongoing project as well as a reliable, aily-use, esty.
