VW EOS 3.2L VR6 *** Factory Warranty to 2017*** 37K LOW MILES --ORIGINAL OWNER

Minty WV EOS. I have owned this car new since 2010 and purchased it with 50 miles still brand new never driven. The car was previously owned/registered by VW of America Corporation USA ( the US manufacturer subsidiary ) since it was the car VW used for auto shows to display back in 2007 when the car was first released/introduced. So really, have been the only one using the car since it was new never used with 50 miles.
Please note that this EOS is STILL UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY BUMPER TO BUMPER PLATINUM WITH ZERO DEDUCTABLE FOR ANOTHER YEAR AND FEW MONTHS AND/or another 30,000 miles or until 6/30/2017 whichever comes first.
The warranty is from Volkswagen of America itself ( NOT some crappy 3rd party off brand aftermarket warranty)It is fully transferable and goes with the car. You will have confidence that you will not pay for any repairs while still under warranty and that this car is in perfect condition mechanically.
I have maintained this car perfectly, ll oil changes and scheduled maintenance was properly performed, have all receipts.
Everything works properly on this car. It is still under VOLKSWAGEN brand dealership BUMPER to BUMPER full VW dealer warranty so you can buy this car with full confidence knowing that there are no issues, nd EVERYTHING is covered still should any thing develop while under warranty. Just take the car to ANY VW dealer and pay nothing should anything go wrong. ( zero deductible) --- see the picture of the warranty paper posted.
This car is in excellent condition. I keep all my cars in excellent mechanical condition.
The car was NOT washed or vacuumed and NOT cleaned at all for the pictures, o it may look dirty a bit but the body and interior are both in excellent condition. The interior is also in excellent condition but the drivers seat has some wear on the leather from entering and exiting the car along the outer edge. Can be seen in the pics.
Please be aware that this car is the BETTER, ery rare, cylinder version with the powerful 250hp engine (and NOT the weak 200hp 4 cylinder turbo engines that burn oil and are problematic) .This EOS has the awesome, eliable and proven, ullet proof and powerful VR6 motor.The engine does NOT burn one drop of oil. The transmission has always worked perfectly. Everything mechanically works perfect. ZERO issues. Car is front wheel drive so tracks great in snow.
This car has the 6 speed AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION.
The car is due for and does needs new brakes so I purchased brand new rotors and brand new pads for all 4 wheels from a VW dealer. I bought OEM VW brand parts for the brakes. I have not installed them, ut all the 4 new rotors and front and rear pads will go with the car and are included. You just need to have a shop install them. Pads and rotors are original VW brand. ( cost me $600 in parts) I have the receipts. I always change the rotors when I change the brake pads, ven though it costs more and I only use VW brand parts. ( no aftermarket)
All 4 tires were replaced about 18 months ago and currently have about 75% tread life remaining. The battery was replaced with a new VW battery less than 6 months ago.
The convertible top works perfectly, ND does NOT leak one drop of water.I personally lube the top seals twice a year and blow out the water drains myself. Not one drop of water enters the cabin. It is perfectly waterproof and seals like new. I have always keept the seals lubed constantly and continually.
The car has full leather, D player, actory iPod connector in gove box, AT radio, nd works and sounds awesome. . Both Seats are heated and full power, not just the drivers) power folding side mirrors, indows etc are full power. This EOS is the luxury version fully loaded. The A/C is ice cold and operates perfectly.Also has the Xenon headlights that adapt and turn as the steering wheel turns to see around corners etc. and the wheels are the optional larger factory OEM 18" wheels. The rims do have some curb rash, ut the body and paint is excellent ( wifey cannot park that good)
The car also has the optional sensors that let you know when the top does not have enough room to open up due to space behind the car and are also parking sensors. Cruise control etc also works perfectly.
This car has NO issues. EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY as it should. Nothing is "broken" and anything that needed service previously was serviced for free under the warranty by my VW dealer previously.
The car also has LoJack vehicle tracking with Early Warning that cost $1000. There are NO fees for the life of the car and the car can be tracked if stolen if you are in a LoJack monitored city/state. The LoJack has the "early warning" added option, eaning that if the car is ever moved by anyone other than the owner you will receive texts and automated phone calls to your cell and home and work to let you know the car has been moved. The system goes with the car and there are NO monitoring fees for life.
I am selling the car because I needed something bigger, ince my growing kids who like to ride with the top down are now teenagers and have outgrown the EOS and I need a convertible with more rear seat room space, nbsp;so I bought a brand new convertible Murano Cross-cabriolet. Therefore need to let this car go. Otherwise I would keep it since it has been an awesome ride and I still really do enjoy it. The car is really awesome with a sporty ride and the top is totally "trick".

You can buy this car with confidence. I prefer the car be inspected before sale since I do not want to have any problems or misunderstandings after the sale.
