2001 MEXICAN VOLKSWAGEN BEETLE

This is 2001 Mexican Beetle Classic with approx.47,000 miles (speedometer shows Kilometers). It was last registered in the State of Missouri. I purchased from the previous original owner.

Vehicle was purchased by original owner in Mexico brand new from a VW dealership. Then vehicle was imported into the USA and had all the paperwork and licenses to have it legalized to be driven and operated in the US with American title (pink slip is from the State of Missouri).

Unfortunately, fter I purchased this vehicle, learned it could not be registered in California due to California's strict vehicle registration. It has not been driven much since I owned. Please check to make sure you can register this car in your State. See VIN number.

The car needed some brake work and a new 3rd/4th cylinder head which was all done. Also, ew on-board engine computer and various sensors etc. Car runs really well,1600cc engine with fuel injection and disc brakes.

Radio is missing and dashboard is slightly damaged from theft (how I purchased).

The car has a few dings here and there but cosmetically is 9 out of 10. It has the original paint (red) it has never been repainted and it has brand new tires.

Car has air-conditioning but a/c belt we removed as a/c not needed so unsure of condition.

It should be noted the speedometer only indicates km not miles.

This car is a real head turner!!
