2002 Volkswagen Eurovan Winnebago Camper – 29K Orig Miles - CA Vehicle since New

This is a one owner Volkswagen Eurovan Camper that in my opinion is the nicest, leanest, nd lowest mile example available in the country. This Eurovan was purchased brand new from Van Nuys VW, n Van Nuys CA, n July 2002. We picked it up from the dealer on July 20, 002 and it had 18 miles on the odometer.It now has 29,010 original documented miles. This Eurovan was purchased for camping and was not a daily driver. It was always parked inside of an attached fully dry walled garage when not being used for camping.No smoking and no kids. This vehicle is owned by an ASE Certified Master Automotive Technician and his wife and was maintained properly. It runs and drives like it did the day we picked it up from the dealer. It is completely stock, othing has been added, rilled into, r modified from factory stock. Everything that came with the van is there and functions. It has a properly rated set of almost brand new tires, 000 miles on them purchased in August 2014. If you are looking for a fun loving vehicle to get away in, ook no further, doubt you will find a nicer one and one with just 29,010 miles. We took this van on a three week trip to Minnesota in Sept 2014 and it ran and operated perfectly. At several campgrounds we had people come up to ask when VW started making the vans again, hey thought it was brand new due to the condition. The van comes with all of the standard options: Air conditioning, ystem blows cold, nbsp;Power Windows, ower Brakes, ower door locks, ront and rear heater, wo burner stove, tainless steel sink and counter, nbsp;three way refrigerator, uilt in propane fueled heater with thermostat, abinetry, hree window pop top, wivel captain’s and passenger seats, loset, uilt in auxiliary battery with charger, ront curtain set, ear curtain, ed cushion sets (top and bottom) (cushions for the bottom bed have never been used, hey were removed when new and stored in a bedroom closet), ull down window blinds, actory external cover for underbody accessories/tank, 110 volt power cord, ray water tank and dump hose(the dump hose is still in the plastic and has never been used), wo folding tables with original storage cover (which are stored behind the driver’s seat) and a factory mounted CD player with remote. The vehicle is original paint, hat looks as it did the day it was new, nbsp;is white with gray interior. It is in Mint Condition.

Eurovan’s from years 2001-2003. Horsepower jumped by 64HP (46% over 2000 models). This was the last three years of export to the US and they came with the most powerful VR6 6 cylinder engine ever installed in a Eurovan up to that time. It makes plenty of power and torque; it is nice to be able to drive in the mountains with no concern for being underpowered. VW also added a rear sway bar which enhanced safety on windy roads, dded 16 inch wheels and improved the braking system over the year 2000. Per GoWesty’s website: “In 2001 the VR6 jumped in HP to 204 and is even more reliable as the one it replaced. It should be noted that the engine SIZE did not change; it remained a 2.8 liter engine. The cylinder head was re-designed to include 24 valves instead of only 12, nd the camshaft timing became variable and computer controlled. The engine management system was also improved, nd switched to a true "drive by wire" system (no actual physical connection between your right foot and the engine), nd multiple coil ignition.”

This is a fantastic Eurovan, t is as close to new condition as you could possibly expect. It has been well loved and maintained. It has been a Southern California vehicle since it was purchased new. It has never seen snow, as no rust or damage. There are no door dings, ents, cratches, r accidents. The grill has a few very tiny rock chips, bout the size of a period made with a pen on paper. While in for warranty, t around 4,000 miles, he dealer scratched the top of the front bumper and I made them fix the scratch and refinish the entire bumper, ndetectable unless I mentioned it. Again I will say that, n my opinion, his is probably the nicest original Eurovan Camper in the country. Take a good look at the pictures; I have included close-ups of the side door handles, ront view of hood and lights, nder the rear seat/ bed, ront and rear seats, lastic backing for the side view mirror, nterior, nd odometer showing mileage. I added these to illustrate the exceptional condition and cleanliness of this Eurovan Camper.
