1967Volkswagen Beetle Convertible

This little 12V convertible bug is pretty original, hich is what I like most about it. It is rust-free; the floor pan is new, nd the running boards are original. The paint is mostly original Yukon Yellow with some paint work on the fenders and some minor touch-up. Top is great and the interior is even better. The glass is in good condition as well as the brakes, he tires and the great looking Empi wheels are new. Itruns great with no weird noises or smoke; it starts right up, as plenty of VW bug power, ransmission shifts great, he clutch is strong, nd the exhaust has a slight tune to it. The tools, ack, oot and spare are there. This car is in a “get-in-and-go” condition.

For 1967, he Volkswagen Beetle received a slight boost in power. The horizontally opposed, verhead-cylinder engine displaced 91.1 cubic-inches and offered 53 horsepower. It had a four-speed manual transmission and hydraulic drum brakes in both the front and rear. Other changes for 1967 included backup lights, he parking lamps became part of the turn signals, nd the glass headlamp covers were no longer installed. The doors were lockable, wo-speed windshield wipers were added, nd a 12-volt electrical system was installed.

The Beetle convertible is the perfect way to enjoy a trip for that cup of coffee and good weather fun driving.
