Meet Gus, his is my Vanagon that has undergone a major restoration, odification, nd update over the last few years. I purchased Gus from my good friend's mother she was the original owner. I built this van with the intent to keep it for a very long time if not forever.
This vanagon is truly a show quality restore. Add it to your collection or just use it.
Complete exterior and interior removal for paint and body work. We took the original color and went a shade darker.

Mercedes style texture on the lower part of the rocker panels
Everything has been replaced with new OEM parts upon assembly:

This van is in very nice condition and has always lived here in the Portland area. There is no rust and there was no rust before the restoration, ust some bumps and scrapes. I actually live in Vancouver about 20 minutes from the PDX airport. If you live in Washington as well, he van is registered as a collector vehicle and will never need new tags for the license plate.
I also do various Vanagon upgrades and Subaru engine conversions. If you are interested in this van and want it customized to fit your needs, ust let me know.
I can do all sorts of upgrades to Gus or your vanagon.
Examples include:
Subaru Swap
Suspension Lift with larger tires
Solar installation
Other electrical upgrades...
I do have the van listed locally and will end the auction early if sold.
