1971 VW Rat Bug Project

1971 VW Rat Bug Project. No time for all the stuff I have, so I'm liquidating some projects. This car is already slammed. It has a great patina /paint look that is completely natural, 14 years sitting when I got it, barn/farm find. Outside of body is solid, no rust thru, all surface. The pans were replaced at some point in time, but there is rust damage in the rear pan area and storage area from a leaking rear window seal. I have a set of pans that go with it, to use for patching, no need for full replacement. Also have some other metal for the spare tire area. All the glass is good, but all the seals need replacing. There is no motor in the car, but it comes with a rebuildable 1600cc engine that was running when taken out. It has vintage Empi wheels that have 195/50-15 tires, but the tires are shot. Also included with the deal is a pair of 44 Webber carbs complete with manifolds and linkage, and a new Bugpack lowrider header system. This project is a restoration. NO WARRANTY OR GUARATEE.
