1998 Volkswagen Beetle Base Hatchback 2-Door 2.0L Ready 2 Go Runs & Drives

I drove the vehicle before making the auction it runs and drives fine. The clutch is good as well as the trans. The engine functions fine with all the cylinders operating as it should with no abnormal noises. It has good heat and coolant flow.The pigtail plug for the MAF is missing (see the pic). The wires are intact so it needs a plug from a yard. So keep in mind without the MAF the vehicle has a little lag at high speeds with low RPM. Once the MAF is functioning the lag will go away. The Bug looks great inside and out. The paint is in great shape. The power windows work which is a major plus since fixing the power windows is agiantpain. This is a used vehicle with normal wear and tear which may need minor repairs for issues not noted in the description,

Some paint peeling rear upper bumper cover but its not too noticeable since the rear hatch covers it. Front lower bumper cover valance has some cracks in it like they all do. A/C needs a charge. Paint is peeling below the right rear 1/4 glass about 1 inch long. Air bag light is on. We may or may not have the radio face. PA inspection is expired. Tires all look good.
