2012 Volkswagen Golf GTI

2012 VW GTI. In fantastic condition, regular maintenance has been done. Super quick and handles great. Less than 65,000 miles. Carfax has it valued at over $17K. It's been a great car for me, and I hate to get rid of it but I am looking for a more off-road capable vehicle. It is a fantastic commuter car, which is mostly what I've used it for, and it gets around 24/33 MPG. It has some minor chips in the paint on the hood, small scratches by the door, and some slight curb rash on the rims but other than that, no damage. The upholstery on the inside is clean with no rips/stains, I'm a non-smoker and so was the person who owned it before me. Clean title. I'm technically the third owner, my father (the second owner) purchased it for me after I graduated and then signed it over to me. We bought it in 2014 with 25,000 miles on it.
