I am listing for sale my pride and joy. She is a 2002 VW GTI 337 Edition. For those of you who dont know, there were 1500 of these cars made. They commemorated the 25th anniversary of the GTI called project 337 in 1977, it came with Recaro seats and interior, unique ground effects, 18" BBS RC's, lowered 1", 312mm oversized front brake rotors and an O2M 6 speed trans. None of those were an option on a standard GTI. Paint is reflex silver, the only color this car came in and it is 9/10. Has typical nicks on the lower front bumper. The interior is also a 9/10. I have gone to great lengths to keep this car pristine. When i daily drove it before the motor swap i would bring a change of clothes and shoes to work to keep it clean. Now the real reason I'm asking this price is because of whats under the hood. It was a 1.8t originally. It has now been converted to a 2.0 Stroker Big Turbo car. The block was purchased from a shop in Orlando, FL for $2800 last March. It hasnt been daily driven since the engine was put in May of 2015.
