2008 VW GTI. APR STAGE 2+!!! Mechanically SUPERB! Super clean GTI and FAST!!

2008 VW GTI 2.0 FSI. 6 speed manual. 127K miles. Timing belt, water pump, rollers, tensioners etc. done 2,000 miles ago. Intake removed and valves fully de carboned 1,500 miles ago. NEW OEM radiator and A/C condenser when intercooler upgraded 2k ago. I was already in there so why not?!? MANY other new parts. ALL fluids changed within last 2,000 miles. All pads and rotors are brand new with Powerstop vented and drilled rotors and ceramic brake pads for ZERO brake dust. Tires have very good tread and are aprox 50-60% remaining. ZERO leaks of any kind, dry as a bone everywhere. Full 4-wheel alignment just completed a few weeks ago using Golf R specs. No warning lights on nor have I ever even seen any warning lights come on! ALL work above and below completed by 18 year Audi/VW master technician....myself, not some kid in his garage. This car runs, drives, shifts, rides PERFECT, and I mean PERFECT! I'm super particular!
This car is modified and tuned at a level of APR Stage 2+!
-APR Stage 2+ software with full switching (Stock, 91, 93, 100 octane tunes).
To support this tune, the following was done to this GTI and all within the last 3,000 miles!!.....
-K&N Typhoon cold air intake-Billy Boat (formerly APR) 3" turbo-back down-pipe with high flow race catalytic converter (no stinky exhaust, no check engine light)-APR cat back exhaust-RS3 all aluminum intercooler-Silicone boost hoses-dog bone solid mount for sturdier power transfer-JHM high-flow, high pressure fuel pump-145 bar RS4 fuel rail check valve-Eibach Pro Kit springs all around-Koni street series shocks all around-Eibach front and rear sway bars (awesome upgrade!)-R32 18" wheels-Power Stop ceramic pads (no brake dust), front in back-Power Stop vented and drilled rotors, front and back.-Braided steel brake lines all the way around-8" touchscreen radio with any input you could ever want.-Weather Tech floor mats front and rear as well as Weather Tech cargo liner-LED interior lights-LED tail lights-Clear front marker lights.....I'm forgetting stuff, I know it.
Car is factory equipped with xenons. Power windows/locks. Stability control. Full trip computer. Steering wheel controls. NO sunroof (I love this detail but I personally HATE sunroofs).
This GTI is extremely clean. No door dings or scratches to speak of. No stories. No negative Carfax reports (I have a Carfax report on car). I have a clean, lien free title in hand!
Yes, this car is fast! It boosts incredibly and hits 100mph in a blink. It is TRULY the best handling, most fun car I have personally owned! This is a VERY VERY well sorted out car for the money. The APR Stage 2+ software tuning is $1100 alone!!
Only negatives. All 4 rims have some curb rash (I have pictured the very worst one, other 3 aren't as bad). I was planning on refinishing the wheels when the tires are due for replacement. There is also a tiny ash burn in drivers seat bottom and another small one in door panel (obviously from a smoker). I do not smoke. The car also does not smell like smoke whatsoever! It has a nice pleasant "clean" smell. Again, I'm pretty particular and these two TINY holes don't really bother me.
I am very proud of this car and have disclosed everything to the very best of my knowledge. I have recently left working on cars and am currently in between careers. I am only selling this car to help facilitate this move. It kills me to sell it but all good things must come to an end. This is truly a beautiful GTI. I have no reservations in having somebody fly in from any corner of the country and feel that they would be disappointed or feel that the car would not get them home. It just won't be the case. This car was my baby and I took care of it as such.
