1971 VW TRANSPORTER BAY WINDOW BUS --H4 1.6 Liter-- RARE, CLASSIC, DAILY RUNNER

I HAVE A BUS. HER NAME IS ROSY. SHE IS BEAUTIFUL AND A RARE GEM. HERE IS SOME INFO ON HER-A brand new carburetor was just put in. Daily runner. in great condition!!1971 VW TRANSPORTER BUS --H4 1. 6 Liter 1584 CC 97 CID--ALREADY LOOKS BEAUTIFUL BUT WOULD LOOK AMAZING WITH EVEN MORE RESTORATIONI purchased this classic in Seattle via private sale and it has lived in my WA garage since then. Previous to that it had 2 owners. both in Seattle and was always garaged. Because of this. there is minimal rust on the bus:) A local auto restorer told me it was the most rust free bus he'd seen in a long time! I purchased this in November of 2013 and had hoped to keep it in my private collection for a long time. but it is time to move on. It runs great and I am extremely sad to be selling! It passed the pre-buyers inspection I paid for wonderfully. I never buy a vehicle without one. It has been a reliable vehicle for me in the last 16 months. I drove it on the freeway from Seattle home and it did great on the freeway as well as country roads where I live. A previous owner had the bus professionally repainted with two tone classic colors (have receipt). There are a few areas of bondo on the side panels (please see photos 5 and 6) that if looking for perfection. should be re bondo and painted (back quarter panels?). There are your random nicks here and there but overall. it is a head turner wherever it goes! It has the original seats and all 9 original seat belts. One seatbelt needs to be bolted in still. The odometer reads 89. 26 miles. nbsp;but I am still driving this. so there may be more at time of pickup. Has collectors plates. so no tabs ever needed once transferred to new owners name! The interior has three good seats. there are tears in all three but still comfy. You can replace all there vinyl covers for under $400. but I never cared to. I have a passenger side mirror but it needs to be installed. The right rear brake has a slight hairline crack. but still intact. It has 4 speeds and reverse. all working. There is no antenna. and the stereo (original) is installed but no working speakers. There are black curtains throughout the back which I will leave for the new owner as well as some wood flooring that can be installed when all the seats are taken out if you want to go camping. This looks super cool! I will also include some oil. random cleaners. some parts that belong to the bus and chains for FREE! Not sure what else to say. except that whoever gets Rosy will be very blessed and super lucky! She is a gem. Arm inside door panels on the front doors are cracked but taped on and work fine. this is just cosmetic (SEE PHOTOS). The tiny windows have a round plastic knob to open. a few of these are missing. but don't effect the function of the windows. you can find these for super cheap if you want them. -All doors lock! Key included. -All lights and windshield wipers all work. -Stereo is installed but not in working condition. needs to be hooked up and new speakers. -Interior light works. -Brakes are at 8mm and 6mm and in good working order. -Tires have good tread left.
