2007 VW Passat Special Edition Wagon

The wagon's body is in excellent condition; no dents; rust or flaws in paint. Interior is also in excellent condition; non-smoker owner. New OEM carpeted floor mats. The mileage is highway miles. The motor does not use oil between oil changes. The timing belt. tensioner and water pump have been replaced recently. The a/c has been serviced. works great. To be upfront. in stop and go traffic the transmission occasionally makes a hard downshift from 2nd to 1st. Have had the transmission fluid and filter changed. no metal in the oil. Have had diagnostic test performed and the transmission read out does not show any problem. The only thing on the body is one taillight lens has a crack in it.
