Description

1967 Volvo Canadian two door sedan. This is a nice clean excellent working Volvo. Four cylinder four speed with a tan interior/ green exterior. This Volvo has had one repaint. It is not restored but has been meticulously maintained it's entire Victoria BC life. It runs as it should and drives straight and rattle free down the road. There is a spot of rust on the car on the trunk lid where the paint lifted. It has been touched up and is easily visible to the naked eye but I could not get a good picture of it. It is surface and not very large. There is a slight crease in the passenger side rocker panel but the rest of the car is clean and shiny. There is a light coat of protective undercoating on underside of the car. Not slapped on just a skim. The contours of the pans. sub frames. gas tank etc are clearly visible. Chrome trim is good to excellent and the interior is in fair condition for it's age. The dash has the usual cracks including a hole where a Volvo tach was installed. The front rubber floor mat is mat is missing and there is a crack in the rear seat top. The rest of the interior is n good shape for it's age. This car drives well at highway speeds of 65-70 mph. no rattles. no shakes no wobbles. just runs like they do. There are new front end parts and new e brake cables as well as new u joints. This car has been enthusiast maintained. It's a good one. a keeper if you are a Volvo fan. The Volvo will be shipped from Victoria BC where I have it stored. In the engine bay. on top of the fenders all places where these old tractors seemed to rust this one hasn't. Driver's door glass is cracked and she rides on new Pirelli's. Good luck with the auction. I welcome all questions. Keep in mind this car is 48 years and used. She shows just over 19000 miles on the odometer but that likely has gone over. Engine is B18 original. No reserve on this very beautiful old 122. I MUST STRESS THIS NOT A RUSTY CAR AS FAR AS I CAN SEE AND I HAVE LOOKED IN THE USUAL PLACES THIS CAR IS WORTH TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS IN MY OPINION AND IT HAS A VERY LOW OPENING BID. IT CAN BE DAILY DRIVER OR EASILY TAKEN TO THE NEXT LEVEL. IT NEEDS NOTHING TO GO SHORT TRIPS OR LONG DISTANCE.
