1989 Volvo 240 DL parts car 182312 miles

I am selling this 1989 volvo dl for parts . It came from an estate sale . I have the title but it is not signed . I can provide a copy of my Bill of sale and the title and give you a Bill of sale. the body is in overall great shape and the interior is excellent. all the lights and lenses are intact all the glass is good minus the windshield. it is a complete car. The engine is not running due to timing belt as i was told the front of the motor is torn down as in the pics where the man was fixing it but passed away so i cannot guarantee the motor is good but all parts are in the car. I have the new timing belt distributor cap and rotor button for it. I was told by his family member the transmission is good and rear but again i cannot guarantee it. the gas tank is out but in the trunk due to fuel sending unit.
