7)Sale is made in Pennsylvania and all Pennsylvania laws apply. Vehicle as-is and the buyer is responsible for transportation and all taxes and fees associated with registration and purchase.

8)Vehicle Title policy - In the State of Pennsylvania, itle to the vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In some cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, here are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles and all sales are through a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Pennsylvania. Titles will be sent via Fed-Ex for proper tracking.
