850 base model sedan with leather interior

1997 Volvo 850 - 2.4L 5 cylinder engine; automatic transmission; FWD

The older Volvos like this 850 sedan are becoming harder to find, specially in good condition. This one is very clean inside and out. The exterior has a few minor imperfections, mall dings and a spot on the trunk damaged by tree sap. But overall, he paint is very good and the body is far better than average. The interior shows less than average wear. The car ran well when we got it and needed less service & fewer repairs than most of the 850's we buy. Our service included an oil change, rake fluid flush, ew battery, iper blades, pper engine mount, hermostat, /c service and state inspection. It's now up to date and ready for a new owner. For years we have promoted the older Volvos as great cars for young drivers due to the safety, urability and low purchase price. This 850 would be ideal for a new driver or really anyone who wants a solid European car that's inexpensive. Due to the age, inancing is not available.
