2012 Volvo XC70 3.2 Wagon 4-Door 3.2L

I am the original owner of this 2012 Volvo XC70 which I purchased new from Dyer & Dyer Volvo in Atlanta Georgia.

The car has spent its entire life in West Palm Beach, L where it has been garage kept and regularly serviced by Suburban Volvo of West Palm Beach.

It is accident free as supported by the report associated AutoCheck report with this listing and I have all service records since new.

A large portion of the miles on the car are from highway use with 12 trips from West Palm to Memphis, N (2000 miles). This will also explain why the car has 59,300 miles yet still has the original brakes. Nevertheless, am having new Volvo OE brakes installed front and rear this week. The tires on the car have about 30% tread life left on them and I can have new Continental Tires (Original Equipment) tires installed for $500. I would consider splitting the cost with buyer if they want to pursue that.

I am selling because my wife decided after 16 years of driving XC70 wagons that she is ready to be in a sedan again.

The car is extremely comfortable to drive both in town and particularly on the highway. In fact when driving to Memphis (16 hours non-stop) each way I always arrived feeling perfectly normal with no back pain or fatigue.

Having owned the 3 different body series of the XC70, his one is by far my favorite. Also, o be clear this car is a front-wheel drive car NOT an AWD model nor does it have the cold weather package.
