Up for auction is our Silver 2004 Volvo V70R with Nordkapp Blue interior. We are the second owner of this vehicle and as a third car it has fairly easy use by us, ately only being driven around town with dealer plates for Sunday driving. I actually have remained in contact with the first owner if you might have any questions for him. The previous owner sent the car to IPD and had a significant list of upgrades performed. I also have an excel file of service performed as well as intervals. It comes with a spare set of anthracite/grey factory Pegasus wheels which would be good winter wheels as they have some chips here and there. I also have a rubber liner for the cargo area as well which is nice for grocery getting/pets.
We are manual wagon nuts and this one will be missed but hopefully go to a good home. One of our favorite road tripping cars ever. If you're reading this you know that wagons like this are getting harder to find.
It's lowered stance and throaty IPD (but tasteful, ot some fart can)exhaust turn heads and it pulls HARD through all gears. Far from a stock feel indeed. The lowering springs have been compensated for properly with camber adjustments and the 4C suspension has been gone over with one corner being replaced. It has new rotors and pads as well as a old set of Elevate rotors which are very nice but I couldn't find parts to service them. I also have an extra set of IPD sway bars for the car which I will through in as well as some misc. spare parts. I also just had the car professionally detailed inside and out.
Known issues:-A few small pebble chips on leading edge of hood which I took photos of-I removed the trip computer from the dash to put a Valentine radar remote cleanly in dash. This can be reverted easily-In the past I have had a catalytic converter code come up which is actually a result of the ECU flash I have learned. There is not a performance issue but to properly eliminate the code IPD needs to re-flash an update I believe.-Light wear on the steering wheel and seats but looks darn good for the age I think.-Previous owner had car backed into while parked and replaced hood/bumper
I strongly encourage anyone interested to come view the car, can also answer any questions you may have. I am also getting the IPD build sheet for the car for any questions on the modifications done.
