2005 Volvo XC90 - Parts or Repair - Runs and Drives - Needs Turbo Seal and More

This is a 2005 Volvo XC90 in good physical condition but needs work mechanically. The most recent issue is I was told the turbo seal is gone which is making it smoke heavily. It still runs and drives down the road but is not recommended. The tires are newer (at least 70% tread remaining) and the radiator was installed approximately 6 months ago. It needs a new power steering pump in addition to the turbo seal. It has over 231,000 miles but with some work could last for the right person. It also would be great for parts.
