2008 Volvo C70 Convertible

I bought this car almosta years ago and I still get this new car feeling every time I get in and drive. The vehicle is extremely solid and almost tank-like which is what you want in a convertible - especially when driving at 65 mph in heavy highway traffic, The car has held up well w/ my only complaint being that I need a truck so this vehicles has to go.

You have to love the fact that the C70 can be a quiet, cozy closed coupe in a rain shower and a wide-open convertible in the sun at the touch of a button.

Volvo has figured out a way to build in added safety features such as reinforced roof rails, pop-up roll bars and door-mounted side-curtain airbags. Unlike many convertibles, the C70 can seat four adults in relative comfort.

The Volvo light-pressure turbocharging is designed more for economical all-around driving than for performance, so forgive us if we craved a little more horsepower and torque from the 2.5-liter five-cylinder engine. The big plus is its laudable fuel economy.

Car is not perfect, it's 8 years young. But has been well taken care of and with only 100k on the clock she is ready for another 100k. The previous owner had engine issues and used the extended warrantee to have a different engine put in around 85k miles, I had a new factorytranny installed last fall 98k.

Car does havea door ding (size of a quarter on lower side of pass side bottom of door) and a 1" bump on side of trunk lid ( see pic), right lower front bumper right in front of tire has curb rash (see pic), alsopaint is in good shape, some swirl marks that would probly buffed out. Interior in great shape, all gauges and electronics work. Brand new Michelin tires.

Would consider trading for low mileage Honda Ridgeline truck.
