"NO RESERVE" 2005 Big Dog Chopper Used

This is a very nice motorcycle. It is a 2005 Big Dog and the model is called "Chopper". Overall it seems to be a very nice machine. I have ridden it and it is awesome. The engine is an S&S 117 Cu. In. It has automatic compression releases and starts and runs wonderfully. The exhaust is a Vance and Hines 2 into 2 that sounds hot!!!The transmission is a 6 speed with right hand drive. By using right hand drive output they are able to center the driveline in the chassis for better balance of the bike. The odometer shows right at 2900 miles so it does not seem that the bike has been ridden far or long. The paint on this bike is beautiful!! It is kind of a Candy Red with Grey/Charcoal flames. Overall the paint is in good shape however I did find a chip on the rear edge of the rear fender. The solo seat is colored to match and there is a matching pillion pad that can be attached with suction cups. There is a slight color variation between the main seat and the pillion pad due to the main seat being a bit faded in the sun. I am not sure as to the age of the tires but both have good tread on them and look pretty good. I have only ridden this bike about 3 miles or so. The engine pulls stronger than any Harley Davidson I have EVER ridden. It is awesome!! The transmission shifts very smoothly and the clutch engages and disengages smoothly. There are two issues that we know of and this is what they are. Both items are viewable in the pictures. 1. There is oil seepage from the inner and outer primary drive covers. This is probably fairly normal on any type of custom bike I would think. 2. There is some metal road rash on the left side of the bike. There is a curl at the end of the left side rider foot peg and it is ground down pretty well on the bottom edge by its hinge. There is a slight gouge on the bottom of the outer primary cover and there is some metal ground off of the outer edge of the license plate holder but it does not seem to be bent. We have no idea what happened but it would be safe to assume that the bike has been laid down on its left side. The left hand grip and clutch lever do not show any signs of damage at all but they may have been replaced. The person that traded it in did not share anything with us as to how these things came to be. We did not notice them upon first inspection. This vehicle is for sale at our dealership in Rockford.
