2012 BMW S1000RR Motorsports Edition LOADED

I'm selling my 2012 bmw s1000rr motorsports edition. Red white and blue with roughly 17k miles as I still ride it. I'm a grown adult so no worries about popping wheelies or burn outs. The bike is in pristine condition. There are two imperfections. One is a scuff on the left fairing but I got a Vin matched paint marker and filled in the scuff and you will not notice it until I show you it and the other is the one of the two bolts that holds the driver seat down to the subframe is stripped. I did it when I first bought it by over tightening the bolt and when I tried to remove it. it was stripped. I've never had an issue because there are two bolts that hold the seat down. The bike has been maintained like a baby because it is my baby but I have a baby on the way so I have to sell. I have every factory option besides the alarm. I didn't get the alarm because the bike never leaves my sight! Bike has only seen 89 octane from bp and now 93 after flash Never seen rain. only use Honda polish to clean bike. Will include BMW Kushitani Leather Jacket (xxl) Also include Shoei GT AIR in matching motorsports color. I'm sure I'm missing more stuff I have all factory parts as well that buyer can have upon pick up of bike. Bike has just basically just gotten it's 18k tune up way before it is due. just because I am that anal of my toys. New oem spark plugs. amsoil full synthetic motorcycle 10w40 oil change along with filter/crush washer. Front and rear brake fluid flushed with Motul RBF600. Brand new Front and Rear brake pads (carbone lorraine). Coolant flushed with water/water wetter mixture. Brand new oem air filter. brand new renthol/did 520 16/46 sprocket/chain combo I have over 28k invested in the bike. This is a steal price! I have a dyno sheet and all paperwork. Bike is basically just broken in an finally running at peak power.
