1976 BMW R90/6 USED

You are looking at a 1976 BMW R90/6. It is a good running daily rider. I split the commute to work most of the summer between this and another bike. so the miles may be a little higher by the time it sells. Bad news first. chips and scratches on the tank top from tank bag buckles. . there are also the typical for the age cracks in the Krausers top corners that have been plastic-welded. there is also a small scuff on the seat where the cat jumped off. but it didn't penetrate the vinyl. The good news; in the last two years the bike has received a new battery. new Duro tires. a major tune-up (plugs. points Condensor. valve adjust. timing. oil & filter change. trans and diff lube changed. master cylinder rebuilt) and new steering damper this spring. Also fork boots and seals were just installed. but the photos were taken prior to that so don't let the cracked boots worry you. The only non-stock parts are the stainless braid brake line. the US-made MCM mufflers and the aftermarket passenger backrest. As I said. this is an excellent runner. but it shows its 39 years in spots. If you have any questions. please email me.
