2004 BMW R1150RT-P low miles, new tires, just had 25k service

R1150RT-P this IS a police model, owever it has never been in police service. The title will state PRIOR POLICE, his title does not. and there are none of the tell tale signs like, ld paint from the dept. logo, ept serial number, hot gun mounts etc. this does not have all the crash bars the police bikes have. (that shaves almost 100 pounds) My guess is this was a movie bike or a funeral bike. It has very low miles (25,444) and the police retire these at 100,000 miles. this bike has a lot of life left in it. I replaced the radio box on the back with a civilian passenger seat and cowl. ( no I didn't save the old radio box) I just did the 25,000 mile service that includes, ir filter, il and filter, he fuel filter in the tank, lternator belt, lugs,trans and diff fluid change and valve adjust. The front tire has 100 miles on it and I have a new rear I haven't put on yet. (the old one still has tread, ontinentals both) I have a clean CA. title and it is reg. until June 2016. It has heated grips, n adjustable windshield, n adjustable seat, can deliver it to your shipper, r anywhere in the LA area. (California) If you haven't riden one of these bikes you owe it to yourself to step up. there is a reason Beemer guys only ride Beemers, hey ARE that good. First It is a twin, o it is really torquy, ut it is also a 4 valve overhead cam fuel injected opposed twin, o it is as smooth as a 4 cylinder, ith 92 real horsepower.These bike really go. And to stop they have giant dual discs that are servo operated from the computer controlled ABS. I can't say enough about the brakes, ou will never ride without ABS again. The front end is a multi link system unique to BMW, he short version is, ith all that stopping power in the ABS, regular front end would throw you over the bars, orry guys no Brakee's the front end doesn't dive like forks do, t all. the rear suspension is a single sided swingarm differential with a single ABS disc.The onboard computer also manages the engine ignition timing and the fuel injection. These bikes do everything well, hey handle like a sport bike, top on a dime and are really comfortable to ride.I will be glad to email pictures if you want to see something specific. I would not hesitate to ride this bike to Nova Scotia today. Why am I selling it. I live in LA and I don't want to die because some !!#!&*!!!#*+!! in a minivan wanted to make a Uturn on a blind curve.I've been on two wheels for 40 years and I'm afraid for my life in my car with the seat belt on. aparently they give out free drugs and alcohol to all minivan drivers in LA. I'm going to buy a boat and stay offshore where it's safe. ( if you have a 27 to 35 foot sailboat with a diesel and a roller furler I'd love to talk trade)
