This auction is for BMW R60/2 18,074 original miles, ike was parked in a garage since 1980s Low mileage bike come with clear West Virginia Title and old registration. The title was reissued when pervious owner move down to south . This bike starts with one kick, t run strong and stop good. Bike has, igh lips WEIMAN Ally wheels, arge Air filter, sport valve cover and exhaust fin nuts which give it a looks of rear R50S. But it is a 100% R60/2. Since got this bike i, e rebuild the carburetors, cleaned the R60/2 up, ut new coil from Germany, installed a pair new STAINLESS EPCO mufflers and good clean heade, ew PGUSA solo seat, tainless Flander side stand, ew sealed gel battery . Adjusted the timing and valves. We also clean up some rust and touch the paint lost. The cylinders tested with 100 PSI and no smoke. it is a strong runner. I put 30 miles on it, ode it to local bike meet and got a lot of complement of how great the R50S looks alike conversion the bike has. and it performs flawlessly, ngine is very quiet, inal drive is bit loud due to sitting for last 2 years and should freed up with riding. I rode it back and forth to Weston and Westport collected lots admirations and it never missed a beat. In excellent original non restored condition, t is a one kick ready to ride bike. Marching 1966 R60/2 triple Matching engine, D tag & frame numbers (#628635 ). Original paint and pinstripe ( and with her initial “R”). Usual non restored cosmetic with paints chips, nd rust on spokes.
