BMW K1200 S Low Milage in Superb Condition - Dealer Maintained

Its the standard tale you've heard so many times. Had a kid. so the bike must go. Today I place for sale. my favorite bike I have ever owned. For those of you who are looking for this specific model. you know what you're doing and you have good taste. I applaud you. For those of you young/new riders. who want a powerful and fast bike to show off and rip through the canyons. this is a great choice. but go buy one from someone else. I mean that sincerely and with respect. With 167 HP and a top speed of over 170 MpH. this bike is obviously not a toy. If I have the choice I prefer to sell to an experienced and mature rider. Ok . enough preaching. and on to the bike:I am the second owner. First owner was a lovely middle aged lady (no. nbsp;seriously) who was tired of trying to hang onto the back of her husbands S1000RR. She traded it in to a dealer at around 10. 00 miles for another bike. and I bought it from that dealership. All maintenance was done at the BMW dealer in Ventura/Oxnard. If you call them with the VIN. they will confirm it. The bike comes with 2 OEM keys. No Manual (although I downloaded the PDF and printed it if you want). and no tool kit. There is a small scuff on the right side fairing from brushing up against a garage wall (see pics). If you cant see it in the pics. that's because its hardly noticeable!Tires are at around 60% tread with no "chicken strips" (evenly worn). Everything works flawlessly. I mean it. EVERYTHING. Pink slip (CA title) is on hand and clean. Just put a brand new battery in it yesterday.
