2005 BMW K1200LTRussel Daylong SaddleCee Baily WindshieldUp for auction is my 2005 BMW K1200LT. This bike as with most all BMW has been pampered and polished throughout its life. The saddle was built by Russel Daylong last year. The seats retained factory heat. The backrest is also heated and covered by Russel. This was the single best investment ever made on the bike. I have routinely rode through an entire tank without putting my feet down and never felt pain in the seat. Its a true "daylong" ride-able bike now. The speaker housings for the rear as well as the knee pads were recovered by a coachwork company in pa. The vinyls were purchased along with the seat from Russel to match exactly for a factory look. Lots of extra $$ was spent to ensure the seat and vinyls didn't look different. The windshield was replaced with a shorter Cee Baily screen. I have always preferred to look over a screen rather than through it. The power adjustable screen raises it up plenty to be above your face when in rain or extreme cold. The sound system is amazing along with a six disc changer in the rear pannier with an additional single CD in the "dash" compartment. A brand new battery was installed.
