Description

You are looking at a 1969 BMW R50US. This is a triple numbers matching bike. Which means the VIN plate. frame VIN. and engine block number all match. I do have the key for the fork. and gas tank tool box. This Telescopic Fork Suspension was only designed for three years for the US market. There were estimated 401 R50US models ever produced. I find it to be one of the harder Pre 1969 models to find. This R50 was fully restored years back and is no longer perfect. but still beautiful in my eyes. The speedometer was not restored. and was working properly when I had it running. This BMW was sitting for about 5 years. and I just recently got it running to shoot a quick video. but will still be listing it as a non running project. I will now let my 69 picture slideshow I provided in the listing and the quick video's do the talking. You must use a regular computer or laptop to see the slideshow and video's. They will not show up with apps. phones. or some tablets. This is a NO RESERVE auction. No warranties expressed or implied . and a as is where is sale. Feel free to have the motorcycle inspected if you like. All sales are final. and there are no refunds or returns. and inspections are recommended. Motorcycle comes with a title that matches the bike. Title will be clear and open from previous owner. Full payment is do within 7 days after the auction has ended. Buyer must also contact me within 2 days after the auction has ended to set up a time for payment and pickup. Bike must be picked up in Tampa FL. As long as the bike is paid for in full within 7 days after the auction has ended. then she can sit here for up to two months. but would like it picked up as soon as possible. Please look at all of the pictures. including the slideshow pictures. and ask all questions before bidding as I will be happy to answer them. Thank you and happy bidding! The description of this motorcycle is written to the best of my knowledge. However. I am by no means an expert on vintage motorcycles. Please don’t hesitate to ask for more photos and. if possible. come and look in person before the auction ends. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
