1972 Yamaha XS650 Custom Tracker cafe bobber

Beautiful custom street bike built to look like a flat track bike by a retired older guy- he was a Yamaha mechanic. and this was his personal bike. The motor has been freshened with new rings and a valve job all done by the previous owner. and it is a sweet- running bike. It's ready to ride- it has a new battery. too. Fast. comfortable bike runs like new with a quiet. smooth-sounding motor. It has a comfortable seat and rear suspension. Motor is a 650 cc air cooled twin cylinder 4 stroke OHC with 5 speed and electric start. Sounds like a big Triumph or BSA. The wire visible in the picture is just the battery tender. The bike just turned 20k miles. Super sharp bike turns heads. Excellent tires. It's like having a big British twin without the cost or the worries about reliability. The tail section has a strong metal support. and the number plates/side covers come off easily for access. Bike is located in Goshen. OH 45122 which is in Cincinnati area on the east side loop
