2007 Buell xb12r (1203 cc) clear title, video in description

as you can see, t starts and runs fine (after sitting for 3 days). There is a minor fueling issue that causes some hesitation at times. Not sure whats going on there, 'm not a mechanic. I was riding it everyday without issue. It has been suggested that I reset the ECU.
Terms: I'm selling this bike AS-IS. I make no guarantees, laims, romises, arranties, r anything else about this bike. I would like a quick and hassle free sale.
Known issues:
1. Last owner drilled a dozen holes in the bottom of the exhaust. Doesn't seem to do anything good or bad. Just makes the bike louder than I personally prefer.2. Dropped at some point. Damage includes one header dented, ear brake lever grinded down, cuffs here and there. 3. Aftermarket tail light. (not shown in pics = new tail plastics and new tail light)4. Areas of rust on muffler.5. Brand new front tire, ear tire appears 80% by my estimate.6. Rear passenger pegs missing, urn signals broken, irrors removed. 7. random scratches and scuffs everywhere.
I'm not a mechanic. I will do my best to describe this bike accurately and completely (including posting a video of a cold start up, iding around and a few throttle blips). However, make no promises or guarantees about anything! This is a used motorcycle being sold on eBay and likely shipped across several states, o please use common sense. Deposit is due as described, rompt payment is expected. Buyer is responsible for pick up or shipping, lthough I will make myself available to help out during the process. I am gradually adding replacement parts (like mirrors and turn signals) and adjust the price upwards as appropriate. I estimate it would take 300-400 dollars to make this bike nearly perfect cosmetically.
