First a little about me.
I have been riding, uilding and wrenching on Harleys my hole life. I am a master mechanic. I owned my own shop for 15 years. but due to a bad wreck in 2004 I had to close it. My passion is still building custom bikes. I have a shop at my house (1200 sq ft) I still build and customized customers bikes. but I can do it at my own pace and speed. ( no overhead) I don't build the same bike twice.
I build 2 to 3 bikes a year and build them right.
I just finished a customers bike a week before Sturgis. he rode it 3000 miles and back in 10 days and is another happy customer..
I do custom things to all my bikes. there never bolt together kits.
Look at this bike closely.
Notice this is a softail with full suspension. I made the fender and struts and mounted them to the swing arm on top of the tire to give it the hard tail look.
I took a vilian fuel tank. cut the pet cock out and moved it to the rear. I installed the fuel sight tub on the right side. cut the fuel cap out and installed my own on the crown of the tank. I smoothed the bottom of tank.
Made my own licence plate holder with the led lights
The seat is custom made with 1" hi density foam. but for you win ass guy. it will unbolt and you can install a factory single seat.
On the bottom of the swing arm I cut, elded and molded Led lights( stop and running) they are not noticeable until you get to the rear and see the light. these seem to be a big hit
Kick stand is hidden under the primary for a clean look
Front fender I cut the rivets out and welded together for a smooth finish
I built this bad boy for my bar hopper and its made to run. and it does. If the wife goes, have other bikes to take.
I have most all the receipts and liteture on the parts used.
