1982 Yamaha Seca Mad Max bobber rat bike custom

Mad Max bobber rat bike made out of a 1982 Yamaha Seca 650 sport touring bike. Custom forward controls and double gas tanks and seat. vintage sissy bar back rest is really comfortable. The tanks are 7.62 ammo cans with rubber stoppers for caps. Holds 1.2 gal. The seat is military webbing strap and is pretty comfortable. Forward controls are made with VW engine parts, ilitary surplus and a lug nut. The exhaust is surplus Deuce n half I'm told by an Iraq vet. I didn't argue, hat do I know? I've ridden this thing about 30 miles. It could use a tune up, he throttle is a little spitty but there is good compression at the muffler and plenty of power. 5-speed, t does 55 mph at @3k rpm. I'd say maybe 80-90 mph would be pushing it. It needs new tires, oth should be replaced immediately. It needs headlights and front turn signals. Other than that it is a great little bar-hopper and around- town conversation starter. Also, here is a "Wasteland Weekend" toward the end of September out in the Mojave. Love to see you there.
