Custom built frame from 1910 Harley dimensions. In-frame tank; drop-loop chassis; fully functional springer front end; front brake hub. Powder-coated red. 4-hp engine built by Phoenix Whizzer Works; has clutch and compression release. Will go 35 mph. In exceptional condition and runs great. NO title included or needed.
