Rough times are forcing me to sell my 1980 XS650 chopper. This bike was built from the ground up with all the finest xs650 parts available. Need to sell. MY loss is your gain. Here is a run down. --Voodoo vintage frame with TITLED neck tube from a donor 1980 XS650. frame was built to my specs and is a one-off. frame has been powdercoated wet black. --Acme Choppers super narrow springer front end. custom 21 front wheel with stainless spokes and custom hub. ( BOB's CYCLE from Arizona. same wheels from old "BIKER BUILD-OFF'S)-- front tire AVON SPEEDMASTER. rear tire AVON MK2. Rear brake hub polished. rebuild and has stainless spokes ( mikesXS)--Frisco sporty tank with vintage OEM Harley gas cap ( no china crap) Gasbox rear fender. with Gasbox lower mount. Biltwell tail light and license plate mount. -- Professional custom paint (PPG) tons of flake and like 7 different colors. I think the tank has over 20 layers of paint. need to see in person to appreciate it. ( chip on the bottom corner from a rock) I filled the chip with 2k clear to prevent any further damage. rear fender and electronics test have the same custom paint scheme. -- XS650 ENGINE COMPLETELY rebuilt with 750 big bore kit. not the mikes xs kit. it got done right with the LA cylinder sleeves and wiesco pistons. Engine has been rephrased by hughshandbuilt. PMA KIT. head was fully serviced. 5th gear OD has been added. dynatek coils. pamcopete ignition. tc. ( you get the idea)-- Lepera leather seat and P-pad ( fits perfect)-- new DID chain. sprockets. monstercraftman chain tensioner. biltwell whiskey throttle. Biltwell handlebars and grips. all stainless hardware. TCbros forward controls. bike is real blast to drive and is very fast. with the rephrase it's smooth for an XS. bike always gets tons of attention. the bike does need a good tune on the carbs ( it's running a bit rich) I simply don't have the time anymore. I have a clear title in my hand. I'm pricing this to sell fast. you probably will never find a better deal on a custom XS650. there is 5. 00 invested in the motor alone.
