Selling my 99 custom built softail. I bought the bike in '01 as a chopper and after 2 rides on it I came to the conclusion that I don't like how they rode. so. here's where a lot of money was spent. I sent the bike to Manchester Customs where it would be for about 2 years. They did a frame swap with new tank. fenders. progressive adjustable suspension and triple. I changed the headlamp and bars as well. Everything else was swapped over. I rode the bike the whole summer of '03 and part of '04 then did the dumbest thing and bought a fixer upper home. The bike was on the back burner for the remainder of its life. It saw minimal use from '05-'09 and has been sitting at my mechanics shop since '10. The bike has been covered and not ridden since. but has been in heated storage since. What the bike has. here we go. Santee 180 frame. pro one rims. JB forward controls. PM brake calipers. Vance and Hines pipes. rogressive suspension (adjustable). ev Tek 100" with a 5 SPD transmission. Pro Comp clutch. pyke starter. Dakota digital speedo (needs to be recalibrated) La Pera seat (front is starting to fray due to tank rub). That's the bulk of its high end parts. All in all the bike cost me about $23k. It will need to be blue tagged for the state you are in. The title is in the old frame VIN# But I do have the title. the MSO for the new frame and the bill of sale.
