1948 cuciolo ducati

1948 Cuciolo Ducati very complete. In the pictures you will see the 2 wheels They are not the originals but I have the originals the rims. I purchased this bike for display only it is very complete but the motor does not turn on. You can restore it because everything is there but I dont know the condition of the motor. There is no title it is a 48 CC engine there is no such thing as a title.Reminder I bought this bike for display because it isnt something you find everyday.
