CLEAN TITLE
This immaculate example of the Ducati Sport Classic series is the last year of production for the 1000 S (2009) and the RAREST. Fewer than 100 black "S" models were ever made. I am the 2nd owner. Bought in 2013 with 1,300 miles, ut the rest on myself to-from work & loved every mile! Sorry to sell my dream bike but my family needs have changed, ow looking for a truck.
This motorcycle is in perfect working order. ALL services performed by Ducati Master Technician at certified Ducati dealer. Oil changes every 3k-4k miles. Fuel system treated with K100 regularly to neutralize ethanol. All service records available. (15k valve service WILL be done before sale)
History: "The Sport 1000 S is built with quality throughout. It recreated the original styles produced by Ducati throughout the 1970s, otorcycles characterized by minimalist, ports designs with exposed frames and classic bodywork shapes typical of the 'Café Racer' era. To emphasis the unique style of these bikes, ucati applied modern engineering techniques and finishes to original component designs, eaturing plenty of chrome and polished finishes that literally mirror the beautiful details of the original motorcycles. It uses high performance Marzocchi 43mm upside-down front forks with classic brushed aluminum surfaces, while rear suspension is handled by twin high performance fully adjustable Sachs shocks. The Sport 1000 S bristles with classic Café Racer appeal, hile still delivering the superior road holding and performance you expect from Ducati."
