'79 Harley dresser project/rat

Project roller with complete engine and drive. Have title with original serial numbers. All wiring is complete. Every light on this thing works! New Dunlop tires. The rear bumper is the old school custom from the sixties and impossible to replace. very rare. Motor has great compression and is worth more than the asking price for whole bike. This could be the ultimate rat project or the start to a great 70's Shovel.
