2002 Harley Sportster -Low Miles -

Up for sale is my 2002 Harley Sportster 1200 custom. It is the "Live to Ride/Ride to Live" version with a bit over 9. 00 miles. It is in perfect mechanical condition. and looks great. Starts right up. transmission smooth. engine is strong. The bike has stock headers with Screamin'Eagle mufflers (Gen 1. not the less desirable version II type). an aftermarket free-flow air cleaner. and has been dyno tuned. It is a very strong. fun motorcycle. paint in good condition. as is the chrome. just mild wear for being used. The exhaust is a perfect Harley rumble. and won't make your neighbors hate you. It is pretty gunked up. but could be made crystal clear again by a polish job. Ive got the polish but just havn't had time to do the work. The bike has had only 2 adult owners. me (senior) and a single woman who rode it very little. accounting for its low mileage. It is garage kept and has not been ragged out by kids. I really like how it handles -- it is nimble and light and a joy to drive in town or on the interstate. It accelerates nicely and has incredible torque on the low end. and pulls strong up through 90. which is as fast as I every want to go. All in all. an impressive fun machine.
