The pictures should speak for themselves on this one! The tires are in good condition with about 80% tread remaining on the front and about 50% left on the rear. We received this Harley without any damage. Since it was issued a salvage title. it may have been a recovered theft. We cleaned it up. serviced it. and test drove it to be sure it was ready to go with its new owner anywhere. So. it is fully eligible for a rebuilt title. The battery was down when it was sold at auction. so the miles could not be read. We believe the miles are original. but the title has been marked as “Not Actual Mileage”.
