No warranty is expressed or implied. purchase of this vehicle is under the condition of "as is". In excellent condition. well cared for. always garaged. with only 9737 miles. This was the last year Sportsters were equipped with carburetors. Harley Davidson factory stock upgrades includes polished aluminum valve covers. primary drive cover. and timing gear case cover. chrome rims with stainless steel spokes. Mechanically and structurally stock except for the following items;1 The original black plastic horn has been replaced with a custom chrome horn and relocated between the cylinders on the primary drive side. 2 A custom cut windshield has been added. 3 The original air filter has been replaced with an Arlen Ness Big Sucker chrome air cleaner with a reusable air filter. 4 The original hard as a rock seat was replaced with a Harley Davidson Sportster Low Profile solo seat. which is extremely comfortable and great for many hours of riding. 5 A detachable solo seat chrome rack has been added. 6 Plastic saddle bags with built in turn signals have been added. 7 A leather tool bag has been added to the swing arm. 8 The original air cleaner set up had small vents for the crankcase to breath into the air cleaner. Because of this poor design. oil would slowly bleed into the air filter. eventually clogging up the air filter and of course dripping on the side of the engine. To remedy this permanently back in 2007. a vent was professionally drilled and tapped in the timing gear case cover and the intake pipe and a PCV valve was installed. 9 The mufflers were replaced with stock ones from a 2005 model (before catalytic converters). even though they are stock looking on the outside the insides have new baffles in them. The new baffles are removable should you choose to make any alterations to them or construct new ones. 10 There is a very. very small dent in the rim around the speedometer and a very small chip in the matte black paint near the turn signal switch. 11 Included with the sale of this motorcycle; the original rear turn signals. the original mufflers. the original owners manual. the original pilot jet for the carburetor. the original crankcase air cleaner vents. and a Harley Davidson service manual. 12 New Virginia State Inspection. good until April 2016. 13 Brand new battery installed April 2015.
