1977 Custom Harley Davidson SportsterThis bike came to me as a basket case. then I found out all the parts in my basket were the worn out ones taken for trade when it was parted out. not a single good part on the whole bike. I basically started with a frame and worn out engine. but at least the numbers matched. The only used part I put on this bike is the front wheel. it came off a silver anniversary edition sportster. everything else on this bike is new. The engine has new flywheel bearings. new rod pin and bearings. new wrist pin bushings. has been bored out . 30. heads have been rebuilt using all black diamond seats. guides and valves. transmission has been gone through with a new main shaft and gears replaced. Clutch had been replaced. New rear wheel drum brake. back wheel is a 500 x 16. front wheel is a 21". Hardtail frame. Other new parts. chainstartergeneratorregulatorcarbouratorgas tankoil tankbatteryseathandle barsgripspegstiresThe list goes on and on. This bike is new from front to back and top to bottom. all the way down to the kickstand. The frame is molded and the whole bike has been painted "Lazer Red". There is custom flame work on both fenders and the tank. The buyer is responsible for pick up if won. I will NOT deliver or ship.
