1996 Harley Davidson Sportster XL1200S

Hi. up for sale is my 1996 HD sportster. It has been modified for drag purposes. I run 110 race fuel but it can run on 93 octane pump gas as well. The good:Bike has Edelbrock RPM performance package heads. Buell cyclone cams. adjustable pushrods with collapsible purshrod tubes. lifters. Barnett scorpion clutch. newly built trans installed as well as a complete spare brand new trans. s&s short E carb. pingel petcock. stainless braided fuel line and throttle cables. chain drive conversion. Dyna 2000 ignition. screaming eagle plugs and wires. 11. 5:1 compression pistons. forward controls. floating rear rotor. front end off of a 2012 sportster. Drag specialty seat. sissy bar with multiple gas caps. drag exhaust. Avon rear tire. Autometer tach. new 2012 style front head light. New battery. 2 sets of suspension. I also have spare parts left around that I will throw in with the bike. The bad:the shift linkage to the forward controls is a bit sloppy. turn signals are not currently wired but are mounted. no mirrors. rear tire has a slow leak. it is not inspectedOverall this bike is a great starter drag bike. Paint is in great condition. I have a folder full of receipts and records for it. There are records for over ten thousand dollars worth of parts put into this bike.
