These bikes where built by select dealers to supplement bikes that could not be supplied by harley itself. Bikes were built in cooperation with harley for that reason. They had the ability to build only so many frames out of its factories. and the ability to produce everything else in excess. Hence a number of dealer in the country where building bikes with these parts packages from harley direct. Getting frames from reputable builders and assembling these bike by trained people from there shop. I am the original owner of this bike with close to $20. 00. 00 invested.
