*Placing a Bid: Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this motorcycle. Please do not bid if you're not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this motorcycle. Dealer reserves the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction. Dealer reserves the right to cancel any and all bids in Dealer’s discretion or to end the auction early. Please read eBay's User Agreement.
*Bidders Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid.

*Buyers Inspection: Dealer has done its best to disclose all information known about this motorcycle. Buyers are welcome to visit the dealership for personal inspection. If you plan to inspect the motorcycle please make sure it occurs prior to the auction ending.

*Dealer’s Representations and Warranties:There are no representations or warranties being made by Dealer as to the condition or fitness of this motorcycle in any regard. Buyer shall not rely on any representations or warranties when bidding. Dealer reserves the right to report and pursue false bidders.

THE MOTORCYCLE IS BEING SOLD “AS-IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN.” DEALER HAS ATTEMPTED TO MAKE DISCLOSURES OF ANY OBVIOUS OR KNOWN FAULTS OR DEFECTS OF THE MOTORCYCLE IN THIS POSTING HOWEVER DEALER DOES NOT KNOW THE HISTORY OF THE MOTORCYCLE AND DEALER HAS NOT FULLY INVESTIGATED THE CONDITION OF THE MOTORCYCLE – THUS DEALER CANNOT BE AWARE OF UNKNOWN DEFECTS OR FAULTS. BUYER IS ASSUMING ALL RISK OF PURCHASING AND OPERATING THE MOTORCYCLE AND SHALL INDEMNIFY DEFEND AND HOLD DEALER HARMLESS FROM ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIM INVOLVING THE OPERATION OF THE MOTORCYCLE IN ANY REGARD. BUYER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO HAVE THE MOTORCYCLE INSPECTED AND CHECKED PRIOR TO OPERATION OF THE MOTORCYCLE. BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK PERTAINING TO THE CONDITION AND OPERATION OF THE MOTORCYCLE AND ANY RESULTING DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY INCLUDING ANY DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND/OR INJURY OR DEATH TO PERSONS RESULTING FROM THE OPERATION OF THE MOTORCYCLE. BUYERS MUST SIGN AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS HEREIN PRIOR COMPLETING THE PURCHASE OF THE MOTORCYCLE.

*Taxes and Registration fees: Buyers are responsible for all state county and city taxes proof of insurance and fees if any as well as title service fees in order to register the motorcycle. All taxes and fees must be paid in full prior to a motorcycle being delivered titled and registered. State laws vary. Buyers are responsible for shipping if Buyer is unable to take delivery at Dealer’s location.

*Title Information/Payments Verified: In the State of Florida titles to vehicles are held as collateral for loans by banks or lenders. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time of motorcycle pay-off. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks Dealer will hold the motorcycle and title until funds have fully cleared.

*Finalizing the Purchase: Dealer will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes with further instructions including instructions on executing Dealer provided paperwork to complete the sale which must be signed by Buyer and delivered to Dealer to consummate the transaction. 10% deposit is due 48 hours after the close of the sale. All motorcycles are located in Dealer’s showroom and are available to the public to buy until the winning bidder’s deposit is received by Dealer.
